JAPEX Norge AS aims to become a significant oil and gas producer in Norway on a long-term basis with excellent HSEQ and ESG performance. The Company has defined ESG targets of “Net Zero” on a Scope 1 and 2 basis by 2050.
The Company will pursue a predominantly development and production-led M&A strategy supplemented by high graded focused exploration efforts to create a growth profile focused on long-term value creation.
The Team will seek to make one-or-more acquisitons to create a portfolio of development and production projects.
